  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • Optional: pinch of baking soda (for extra sodium + alkalinity)
  • Optional: mint leaves or cucumber slices for flavor

Step 1: Juice + Stir

In a glass or pitcher, combine the lemon juice, orange juice, honey (or maple syrup), and salt. Stir until the sweetener and salt are fully dissolved.

Step 2: Add Water + Extras

Pour in the cold water (or coconut water) and stir to combine. Add a pinch of baking soda if you’re including it.
